I destroy what is false in the name of what is real.
Vladimir Zujovic — Private Therapeutic Mentor | Psychologist & Gestalt Psychotherapist by training
Private Therapeutic Mentorship For High-Performing Individuals. Working With Clients Worldwide.
You already know something has to change. You just haven't found anyone willing to go there with you.
It is for people who have already tried the other things. The therapy that went in circles. The coaching that gave them frameworks but not freedom. The self-work that produced insight without change.
It is for people who are ready — not for more understanding, but for something to actually shift.
The identity you preform has become prison
You built it carefully. It worked. It got you here. And now it is the thing standing between you and anything real.
Your patterns are not symptoms. They are structures.
They will not respond to insight. They will not respond to understanding. They require dismantling — precise, intentional, and complete.
You do not need more tools.
You need someone willing to go into what is false and take it apart. Without flinching. Without managing you. Without protecting you from what is true.
The version of you that everyone relies on is not you.
It is what you built to survive. And survival is not the same as living.
If you are ready for that — not for growth, not for healing, but for the loss of what was never really yours — this work may be for you.
This Is Not Therapy As You Know It.
Most therapeutic work adds.
New tools. New frameworks. New ways of managing what you carry.
This work removes.
I go precisely into the patterns, the false identities, the mechanisms that once kept you safe — and I dismantle them. Not because they were wrong. But because you have outgrown them. And they are now the walls of a prison you built yourself.
When they come down, something shifts.
Not comfort. Not relief. Space.
And in that space — real change becomes possible. Not the change you planned or imagined. The change that was always waiting beneath everything false.
What that change leads to — that, no one can predict.
Only feel.
How I work
I work with a maximum of six private clients at any given time. This is not a service. It is a serious engagement — built around one person, their history, and what the work actually requires..
A conversation first
We begin with a call — not to assess or evaluate, but to get a real sense of where you are and whether this work is the right fit for both of us.
Understanding your structure
If the conversation feels aligned, you complete a detailed questionnaire. This maps the deeper patterns, history, and areas we will be working with — so that when we begin, we begin with precision.
A proposal built for you
Based on the conversation and questionnaire, I put together a tailored proposal — the structure of the work, the rhythm of contact, and the investment required.
The work is bespoke, but not undefined. Depending on your situation, we may work through weekly depth therapy, private intensives, or private therapeutic mentorship.. It is not short-term. And it is not for everyone. But for the right person — it is the most important work they will ever do. All work is conducted entirely privately, with no institutional records, no insurance involvement, and no third-party reporting of any kind.
My approach
I am not a neutral presence.
I do not sit back and reflect your experience back to you. I do not manage your process from a careful distance. I enter the work as a full person — and I expect the same from you.
My work is precise and direct. I look for what is false. The narrative you have built around yourself. The identity you perform. The shame that runs beneath your confidence and drives everything you do without your awareness.
And then I dismantle it.
Not violently. Not carelessly. But completely.
I am trained in Gestalt psychotherapy — a tradition that understands the person not as a collection of symptoms but as a living structure of contact, avoidance, and meaning. My work operates at that level. Not what you feel. Why you are organized to feel it.
I am especially attuned to shame — not as something to be healed, but as an architecture to be taken apart. Shame is usually the deepest structure of a false self. And it is always the first thing I look for.
This work is not comfortable.
But for the right person — it is the first honest thing they have ever allowed themselves.
What People Found Here
The people who do this work are not broken.
They are capable, intelligent, and have usually already tried everything else.
What they share is not a problem to be solved. It is a readiness — to lose what was never really theirs, and to find out what remains.
These are some of their words.
Vladimir is an exceptional person, not just as an insightful and skilled therapist, but as a deeply generous and soulful human being.
It's rare to find someone who engages with such presence, patience, and genuine care. He brings his whole self into each session and has a unique ability to see the truth in people.
Yet what sets Vladimir apart is how he carries these gifts—with great responsibility, with great integrity, and with deep empathy.
I've had the privilege of working with Vladimir for the past two years, and his guidance has helped me reconnect with who I am and understand who I can become.
If you have the opportunity to work with Vladimir, take it. He will help you find your path and guide you toward discovering the best version of yourself.
Stuart — Entrepreneur, IrelandThere are very few people with whom you feel both truly safe and truly seen. Vladimir is one of them. His presence carries depth, stillness, and a kind of quiet strength that allows something real to unfold.
This work was not superficial, and it was not about quick answers. It was a profound encounter with the parts of myself I had carried for years — the pain, the patterns, the fear, and also the possibility of becoming more whole.
What I found here was not only understanding, but transformation. A more truthful relationship with myself. A deeper sense of inner ground. And the feeling that something essential in me had begun to come back to life.
Mirka — Senior Strategy Consultant, USAI had seen several therapists before meeting Vlada, but his authentic and empathetic approach was the perfect 'match' for me. He creates a sense of trust and safety while being incredibly precise in pinpointing the core of the issue.
We have been working on personal growth, relationships. We approach every topic with care, and the progress is real—today, I can speak openly about things I never could before.
After two years, I see clear changes in every area of my life. I’ve learned that life isn’t just black and white, and I’ve found the courage to paint it in my own shades. For me, this isn’t just therapy; it’s one of the most important journeys I have ever allowed myself to take.

No. Most people who come to this work are functioning well. They are not in crisis. They are in something quieter and harder to name — a sense that what they have built is not quite real, and that something important has been missing for a long time. You do not need to be falling apart. You need to be ready.
-
Most therapy manages. This work dismantles.
This is not about symptom relief, weekly check-ins, or learning to cope better with what you carry. It is about going into the deeper structures — the false identities, the patterns of survival, the shame beneath the performance — and taking them apart.
If you are looking for support, there are many good therapists. If you are looking for something to actually change — this may be for you.
-
This is not short-term work. Most people engage for a minimum of several months. The structure is determined after the consultation and questionnaire — based on what the work actually requires, not on what is convenient.

Item descripThis work is designed for people who are functioning — not for those in acute psychiatric crisis or who require clinical care. If you are currently experiencing a mental health emergency, active suicidal ideation, or a condition that requires psychiatric treatment, I am not the right resource. Please contact your local emergency services or a licensed mental health professional in your country of residence. This work is most suited to people who are stable, capable, and ready — not people who need immediate clinical intervention.tion

Completely. This is private, insurance-free work. Nothing is shared with third parties, employers, or institutions. Confidentiality is not a policy here. It is a condition of the work.
Please note: confidentiality in this engagement is contractual, not legally privileged as it would be in a licensed clinical relationship. If legal privilege is a concern in your situation, please consult your own legal counsel.

Yes. I work in English with clients across Europe, the UK, the US, the Middle East and beyond. Work takes place online, in person in Belgrade, and by arrangement on location for selected private clients.

This is a significant investment — of time, attention, and resources.
It is designed for people who are ready to treat their inner life with the same seriousness they bring to everything else.
The fee is discussed after the consultation and questionnaire, once we have a clear picture of what the work requires. It is not a session rate. It is a structure — built around you, and priced accordingly.
As a reference point, this work represents an investment comparable to other serious professional engagements — legal counsel, executive coaching, or specialist medical care.
As a general reference: engagements typically begin at $10,000 and scale depending on structure, duration, and level of access. This is work priced in line with other serious private professional engagements — legal counsel, specialist medical care, or senior executive coaching.
If you are ready to lose what was never really yours — we can begin there.
If something in you is tired of holding it all together, we can begin there.
